Since Oct 27, 2026, iCloud users can connect Mail and Calendar to ChatGPT on every plan. Here's what it can do, prompts to try, and what to think about before you connect.

What changed

OpenAI added iCloud Mail and Calendar plugins. Once connected, ChatGPT can find emails, summarize your inbox, check your schedule and update calendar events. It's on all ChatGPT plans on the web, the desktop app and iOS.
