AI workflows for financial advisors: bot drafts, people approve

A workflow is where bots pay off: the bot does the first draft, and the people with the license, the context and the accountability check it.

Client letter

  1. Advisor sets the message.
  2. Bot drafts.
  3. Compliance reviews under your firm's 2210 procedures.
  4. Send and retain per books-and-records rules.

Make it stick

  1. Write down which tools are approved and for what data.
  2. Keep the bot's draft and the final version, so you can see what reviewers changed.
  3. For a month, mark each draft: correct, minor fix, or wrong. If "wrong" isn't rare, change the prompt or stop using it for that task.

Accuracy and ethics, every time
